Wild Rumours takes its inspiration from Herman Melville's novel Moby Dick, published in 1851. Envisioned as a critical tool for approaching the contemporary world, a map of our own movements, a framework for interpreting the environments we encounter, this novel has served as the backdrop and filter for shared experiences and research conducted in France and Detroit since 2016.
